About Najoli Learning Group LLC

The Najoli Learning Group LLC began as a way to expand our capacity for providing evaluation, training, development, and consulting services around cultural humility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to people working primarily in the human services field and in the community.  Danyetta started as a direct support professional (DSP) in 2000.  After seeing a huge need for workplace support in these areas, three months later, she began her work in the fall of 2000.  Najoli Learning Group's approach works in connection with a design thinking approach: empathize with the needs of our clients, collaboratively define the problem, ideate possible solutions, design prototypes, and test non-linear and iterative examples.

We provide our unique services in a variety of ways including in person, virtual, and hybrid.  Our associates have decades of professional experience in academic, government, community, faith based organizations, non-profit organizations and corporations.
